free of defects in material for a period of one year from the date of purchase

below and under normal use, our laser printer cartridges will not cause

damage, abnormal wear, or undue deterioration to your laser printer. In the

unlikely event that an authorized service representative insists that our

product caused damage to a customer's equipment, 1st Office Supply will

pay for that damage. Certification from an authorized service representative

must be provided stating that such damage could not have occurred under

identical operating conditions when using an OEM product.

1st Office Supply's obligation and the extensive remedy hereunder this

warranty will be to replace defective products F.O.B. destination or to

reimburse the customer as specified above. There are no other warranties

expressed or implied, for any particular purpose.
